My clients start by getting pre-qualified for a home through a reputable lender. Having a pre-qualification letter shows sellers that you’re serious, which can give you additional leverage at the negotiation table.

STEP 2: BOOK A CONSULT

From there, we’ll have our first consultation, where we’ll get to better know what you’re looking for in a home, how much you’re looking to spend, and everything in between. This is a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about the process moving forward

STEP 3: INTAKE FORM

Our intake form goes over all of the important information we need to get started. It only takes around five minutes to complete, and it will make sure we know exactly what you are looking for.

STEP 4: FIND THE ONE

Next, we’ll get to work for you immediately—using our vast network of resources to search current and up-and-coming listings. We’ll schedule tours and open houses at your convenience, and we’ll be there to guide you through each property.
